How care is paid for
The question most families ask first. Here is the short answer.
Missouri Medicaid
We are a Medicaid-approved provider. MO HealthNet covers in-home care for people who qualify, including through Consumer Directed Services and the Aged and Disabled Waiver.
Private pay
No Medicaid, or waiting on a decision? Care is available on a private-pay basis, including skilled nursing and therapy at home.
Insurance plans
Home State Health Plan and UHC (in-network). Have Medicare or another plan? Call us and we will help you work out what it covers.
Already caring for someone? You may be able to be paid for it.
Consumer Directed Services is the Missouri Medicaid programme that lets a person who qualifies choose their own caregiver — often an adult child or another relative — and have that caregiver paid. Caregiver pay is $16.00 to $20.00 an hour.

As needs change, you do not start over
Most families come to us for help with everyday things — bathing, meals, company, a little relief. Sometimes what is needed later is more than that: a nurse, or therapy at home. When that happens you do not have to find a new company, explain everything again, or let a stranger into the house. Same owner, same office, same phone number, and often the very same caregivers.
*Traditional In-Home and Respite services, skilled nursing and therapy are provided through Attached to Home IHS, which is Medicaid-certified and operates independently.
